here is a picture of my luggage. imagine my surprise when i landed in ontario (when my ticket was to land in LA) and found my bag with a padlock on it WHICH WASN'T THERE WHEN I GAVE THEM MY LUGGAGE!! so now my bag is sitting unopened in my bedroom. when i went to the baggage lady and said "this is new," she told me the airlines doesn't cover random locks showing up on your bags. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
